 | Neil Heard is a Graduate Assistant at the Center for Civic Engagement who works with the volunteer programs. As a student in the Educational Leadership Studies program, Neil is working toward his Masters Degree. Neil’s undergraduate work was in the field of Spanish and was completed at Bethany College. As a graduate assistant for volunteer programs, Neil places students with local organizations for volunteer service. Neil is in constant contact with community partners to ensure that WVU students have the opportunity to join exciting and rewarding volunteer opportunities. Neil is very excited to work closer with the community while he finishes his masters in the following semesters. |
