Brett White is the Activities Coordinator for the West Virginia University Center for Civic Engagement. He has been involved in the service field since a very young age. While in high school, Brett founded a non-profit corporation, Youth Service West Virginia, and served as President and CEO of this organization for eight years. Brett coordinates all office events, including daily operations and special projects. He maintains the CCE website, coordinates all public relation efforts, and supports the director. Prior to joining the CCE Team, Brett served as an Americops VISTA member at Scott’s Run Settlement House. He currently serves as President of the Rock Forge Neighborhood House Board of Directors. In 2000, Brett was named the youngest Distinguished West Virginian in the history of the state. |
